Kevin Crousillat
Kevin Crousillat is the president and founder of CKA Construction Group. Prior to establishing the firm, Kevin worked for one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. His more than 20 years of industry experience has included his involvement in the development and construction of countless projects, ranging from high-rises, high-end single-family homes, and multifamily townhomes to commercial buildings and specialty projects. Kevin overseas all construction and financial operations at CKA. His involvement starts at the planning stages of each project, ensuring that designs are executed, and aesthetics and economic factors remain sharply in focus. Kevin, who was raised in South Florida, is a graduate of the University of Florida, having earned a bachelor’s degree in building construction. He additionally has a general contractor license, keeping him directly engaged in the strategic oversight of the firm’s portfolio. When he’s not at work, Kevin enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities, traveling, and studying the architecture and designs of various cultures and remote destinations. He and his wife, Cristibelle, live in Pompano Beach with their three children.
Cesar Crousillat
Cesar Crousillat is the vice president and a co-founder of CKA Construction Group. Cesar received his bachelor’s degree in agriculture engineering from La Catholica University in Lima, Peru. After graduating, Cesar moved to the United States and started an international import-export business, which involved the shipment of products to and from the United States, South America, and Europe. When Cesar and Kevin started CKA, they set out to create a company that would go beyond the standard builder, adhering to top-quality finishes, the most advanced designs, and the highest ethical standards. Cesar’s work at the company includes business development, safety implementation, and strict quality control. He has been married to his wife, Silvia, for 45 years. Together, they have three sons and six grandchildren. Cesar takes great pride in spending time with his family. He also enjoys researching new construction and agriculture systems.
Cristibelle Crousillat
After graduating with a master’s degree from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida, Cristibelle Crousillat became a certified public accountant, eventually working as a tax accountant at Deloitte. After several years in public accounting, she made the switch to the private sector and worked for nine years as the assistant controller for a small family office in Fort Lauderdale. Throughout her career, Cristibelle gained the in-depth experience and knowledge she needed to make the move to work with her husband, Kevin Crousillat, at CKA Construction Group. A mother of three, Cristibelle relishes the time she gets to spend with her family.
Nicolas Gomez
Nicolas Gomez has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years. At CKA Construction Group, he manages and guides a multitude of projects, day by day, in addition to the firm’s pre-construction department. Prior to joining CKA, Nick worked for some of the largest general contractors in South Florida. Nick’s experience includes high-end luxury residences, multifamily and residential construction, commercial construction, historic renovations, hospitality projects, and educational facilities. Nick, who graduated from the University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning, is a licensed State of Florida general contractor and LEED AP. In addition to spending time with his family, Nick enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
